Advanced Hearing Aid Center Services in Spokane, WA
Hearing Evaluation & Testing
In order to adjust your hearing aid to your individual requirements, we first determine your personal hearing profile, or "audiogram." This is done by a FREE testing of your ability to hear a variety of speech and environmental sounds.
In an effort to speed the process of your L&I claim, we will personally walk you through filling out the documents and we will also set up your appointment with the state doctor. We will follow your claim every step of the way to make sure your claim is processed and handled timely.
Checkups & Adjustments
Advanced Hearing Aid Center provides check-ups for our patients with hearing aids. We do an initial follow ups for new customers to ensure their hearing aids are working well for them, and also perform checkups with existing customers who are experiencing difficulties with their hearing aids. We take a look at how the hearing aid is fitting on your ear and can make adjustments so the product is more comfortable. Many times, all that is needed is a small adjustment. We will adjust the size and position of the hearing aids and put on a new attachment if necessary.
We also manage hearing aid malfunctions by repairing the hearing aids’ components or replacing the entire hearing aid when it has reached its full product lifespan. Advanced Hearing Aid Center will work with patients and their insurance plans to find reasonable, adaptable solutions. Our goal is to get your hearing aid products fully functional again so you can rest easy. You can rely on us for continued care for your hearing. Minor repairs can be done right away in our office while major repairs will be sent to the manufacturer and will take up to 10 days to be completed.
